Anyone noticed that we are in a 3 way tie for second in the SEC?

In the melt down that ensued after the Bama loss, I wasn't sure if anyone noticed that Tennessee and Kentucky have also lost leaving Vandy in the top spot in the SEC. Kind of comical considering how a few seemed to think the season was lost because we dropped one in Tuscaloosa. If the East can continue to beat up on each other and we take care of business then we might could steal the overall SEC title away.

You do also realize that we just beat Ole Miss in Oxford and are ahead of them in the standings right?

showed the rest of the SEC how to beat us. We're going to end up 4-12. We'll beat Auburn at home.

during Stansbury's tenure, and it was last year, I don't think there is a trend to support that theory.

I personally believe that in college basketball, you simply cannot win every game, and sometimes you lose to teams that you are clearly better than.

I am of the "Look at NC State" variety of fan. Sure, I'd love to make a Sweet 16 run or more, but to be honest, I'm happy with the success that we have had. Does it suck to lose to a team like Alabama in a game we're supposed to win? Heck yeah, it sucks because we should have won. During the Croom years, I got so used to losing that it really did not bother me to lose.

You are absolutely right. Even the national champion often will have 5-6 losses. Obviously being the national champ they are better than everyone else so howcome they lost those games? Because **** happens. All you can hope for is to win alot more than you lose.
