Phil atleast knows the players and has connections to the signees and understands how everything has been run. This is what 30 years of being comfortable with LT/Williams/ Stansbury gets you. MSU as a program doesn't have enough hiring/firing of coaches experience for fans to overcome stupidity like this. So you think Stricklin's job is tied to the success of this one job? Get real.
