Find one damn reason why anyone who didn't attend our fine institution and ring those bells (and their families too) would choose to become a Mississippi State fan? Or even those of us who did attend State decide to still pull for our hapless Maroons? What reason?
Only one reason: Love. And that's one thing it takes a truly strong person to do. To love. Unconditionally. If you're man enough to love a team and stick with it through the brief highs and the long, drawn-out lows, then you can be a State fan. If not, well, I'd stick to Bama.
(Okay, that got a bit cheesy and too much like a sappy sports movie, so flame away)
