Texas State appears tp be better than we are. They just went up by a TD on Arizona State. Midway through the second quarter.

Granted, we looked a lot better in the second half against ASU, but were pretty bad the first half.

Watching Texas State University manhandle the team that made us look like a juco program....

I told y'all we were going to suck, but I did expect us to beat ASU. I was more worried about Toledo.

4th and 2 against Texas State and ASU took Scattabo out of the game after getting stuffed on 3rd.

Tex State is playing their lb much closer to the LOS than we did and they are tackling better. ASU is throwing better than I would have thought.

they run the ball better than we did but the difference is they don’t have some dropped passes or PI.

We should have dropped 40 on them.

They are also running 4 down linemen.

Texas State is not a bad football team. I’ve been saying that I think they’ll be a Top 25 team and challenge for the Sun Belt.

Well, most here we're predicting 6-6 or so, I said 4-8 at best. It turns out I was probably wildly optimistic.

It's college football and I try to avoid the transitive properties but I'm thinking we might be in real trouble. Only time will tell ..."if I was wrong" (for the old's here).

ASU is not good defending the pass - we just didn’t make them pay enough and O feel confident that had we just lined up similar to TSU on defense then we could have kept their running game in check at almost the same rate
