Justice Hansen may be the best quarterbacks we face all year. He was very highly regarded coming out of high school. He originally signed with Oklahoma, but ended up at Butler Community College before transferring to Arkansas St. This is from his bio on the Arkansas St. web page:

HIGH SCHOOL: Threw for 966 yards and eight touchdowns as a senior in high school before missing the last three games due to an ankle injury . . . Passed for 3,079 yards and 36 touchdowns with nine interceptions as a junior . . . Played in the Under Armour All-American game . . . No. 4 player in Oklahoma (Rivals.com) . . . No. 6 quarterback (Rivals.com) . . . No. 4 player in Oklahoma (247sports.com) . . . No. 4 quarterback (247sports.com) . . . No. 16 quarterback (Scout.com) . . . No. 5 quarterback (ESPN.com) . . . No. 2 player in Oklahoma (ESPN.com) . . . No. 100 in ESPN300 . . . Also offered by Auburn, Kansas State, Ole Miss, Missouri and Texas A&M coming out of high school.

Not sure if serious? Mcsorrley(sp)>barrett>thorson> Justice Hanson. Plenty of time to improve on D and I think the system was tough to handle not the qb.

Good college QB who ran their system well. Talented kid with tall talented WRs and for most of the game he took what we gave them

This is exactly correct. We gave them a ten yard cushion, so they took it. If we played zone he read the coverage and found the open man. He was a very decent QB that was given time with only a three man rush.

I'm not sure what people expected from Diaco but his defensive philosophy has been very similar to Bo's. You try to keep everything in front of you and wait for a mistake. We'll see if he dials up some pressure going forward.

This years candidate for the "no name" QB that we made look like a Heisman candidate...until they play another team and get throttled.

The facts are what they are on his recruiting history. I doubt he's the best QB we face this year but he is a talented kid. He didn't throw well on the move.
Most any quarterback could have completed those passes. He had a bunch of swing passes, quick passes to the flat, and hooks. He may be talented and end up being really good but this game didn't showcase that. Frankly, it was Lee who showed some real talent completing some difficult passes.

Above average QB, the game plan was the key, get the WR on the outside and get yac, take what defense gives you and exploit it! Run ball enough to keep defense honest!
Huskers issues was: weren't getting in passing lanes, this is risky but sometimes the reward justified and makes QB second guess or hesitant, leading to second guessing.

Well i think most expect us to try and match up a little better with their personnel. Unless you think Alex Davis covering a rb is a good idea...
