Agree with sandwolf. This kid has been a bad apple with papa lawyer protecting him. Papa can't help him this time...

Is his dad a successful ambulance chaser? It would be a special kind of 17up to manage (1) to be rich enough to constantly bail out his children so that they make terrible decisions while (2) not spoiling them enough that they view petty drug money (sounds like the stash he had on him was worth about $5k) as not enough money to kill people and/or go to jail over.

Even if he was moving that much product every week, you're talking about $250k per year and a 17ing paper trail where you buy the **** over the internet. I would hope if I managed to raise somebody completely amoral or immoral, they would at least be smart enough to look at the risk benefit on that and conclude it's a terrible deal.

Same exact thing

I was hearing 25i. What is the difference between n-bome and 25i? Or was it something else altogether that killed Peyton Rodenbaugh?

I also heard a week or so ago that someone was arrested but they didn't release the name. I heard a rumor that he was 22 and had thousands of hits in his possession. I hope they round them all up.

Same thing, different name

Nobody forced those kids to do drugs. At some point, the blame has to fall on them. You make choices in life.

I would say that they paid their price for their choices and now this kid will pay for his choices. Better choices all around would be preferable...It's all sad.

And he doesn't have anyone to give up either. He better hope MS's laws on synthetic LSD are crap.

From a very brief glance at MS Code on drugs, this could get interesting. The DA should be handing the case off to the Feds, as this drug is listed on the federal Schedule 1, but I don't think is on MS' s (I didnt check all of them, but I notice MS lists them and does not refer to the federal Schedule 1, and I'm assuming MS has not updated it to include this drug). But it sounds like he'd rather keep the case, so he may have to go after some creative charges like poisoning or manslaughter. And with his dad being a lawyer he might have been smart enough to not speak to the cops.
