I mean really, what is the market value of a copyrighted design associated with a historically ****** football program?

...part of the package for the next football HC @ State is a promise to bring back the late 1990 uniforms.

Our current uniforms are hideous. That M-State thing on the side of the helmet looks like something a 14 year old girl draws on a homecoming sign.

As far as Bama & Penn State uniforms: Having your number on the side of your helmet has to be one of the stupidest things in college football.

Penn State...you look like you are wearing pajamas.

Lastly, Ole Miss (and any other team this applies to)...please put the freakin' name of the player on the back of the jersey.

The NFL started the name on the jersey trend because they realized TV viewers didn't have a program for every team in the league...hence to form an identity via TV, names were added to the back of the jersey (sort of like a "top rocker" in a motorcycle gang).

I have seen Ole Miss play football on TV 5 times this season & still can only name 2 players on the team. Why? Because they freakin' don't have their names on their jerseys.

My biggest gripe about our uniforms is that we change them so often. The schools with long winning traditions like Penn State, Alabama, Michigan, Notre Dame, etc. have never made radical changes to their uniforms over my fifty-odd years of following college football. Consequently, I think those are all great looking uniforms because of the tradition behind them. If we had had our present uniforms for half a century or more, I think I would feel differently about them; however, we haven't and I think they look like ****.

however his marketing campaign "Gentlemen, we must give our all in effort to protect this house and then we'll have a cocktail" was not well received.
That is so appropriate and very funny. Although Walker did light play on the best MPSA basketball team of all time in '94. Coached by The One Stan Jones.
