until he shows me otherwise. The hire was not that exciting (if at all). The hire was not ground breaking. The hiring came as a surprise to me, but it's done and over now. We HAVE to get behind Rick Ray if he is going to have any chance of building a team. Give the guy a chance to prove himself to the fan base and do NOT set him up for failure.
