That was Banks in the Tenn game. Similar impact on the game tonight.

We needed that.

Seems like Nikoe (sp) has upped his game a little bit. At least in the big play dept.

Whitley is a high risk/high reward player. The reward was high tonight and he deserves kudos.

I was also impressed with the comment from the announcer that Whitley will finish his Masters degree in a few weeks at the end of the fall semester. Kudos to him for being a real student athlete and not taking the Fred Smoot approach in his final season.

I was surprised by that--and shame on me for assuming less of him.

I'm especially proud of him for that also. That guy comes from a rough background. Can't take away the fact that he's got 2 degrees.

Just watched the replay...

He saved the season today with the strip in the 4th quarter.

Somehow I had forgotten that he took that ball away.

13 years after these shitheads stole a game from us in horrid conditions , we ensured their worst losing streak ever. We didn't expend any emotion in this game and still took care of business.

Whitley might have changed the course of MSU football for the forseeanble future. I also loved the fact that we didn't go apeshit after Williams scored in OT. It should not have come to that to begin with, but the pigs wanted this game and we nonchalantly told them to 17 off.

Thursday night is gonna be electric.

Don't know how you could forget he took the ball away. That was the turning point in the game.

Yeah, I was impressed too, and was somewhat surprised. Never really thought about it, but had I, I probably would have thought that he was an athlete that sometimes goes to class, not a graduate student who plays football pretty well. Congratulations to him.

Same here. Most of us are guilty of falling into the stereotyping trap. Glad he has taken advantage of his college experience. Earning a Master's degree is not easy. And kudos on a great play yesterday, that did save the day.

He was doing a Study on changing vegetative acidic levels.

Yeah he did. I have given him hell this year too for his coverage. Gotta give credit where it is due. They score there and it's over.

om is going to test him again this week with moncreif.

In other news, banks had a game ending int today for tampa.
