If they mesh, I'd be up for Charlie as OC. I think it would be best to keep mcdaniels in some capacity, but not sure if that's even remotely possible.

Weis's offense is way too complicated for college players to pick up given the limitations on practice time.

That is why Weis failed at Notre Dame and failed at Kansas.
