What would you do?? My wife and I decided to get two additional season tickets this year. We have four now (2 for her parents), but since the demand was so high we asked for 2 more. Hopefully no children for a few more years, but you never know. We had 2 friends (BC members, but new) that didn't think they could get tickets this year, so we said they could buy them for our cost. When our tickets came in last week only our original 4 was in the packet, but I assumed since we paidadditionalprocessing fee they would ship separately. My wife mention to me that the ticket office called the wife of our friends about buying tickets and she asked them to ship the 2 tickets to them. I thought it was odd they would do that, but no harm.<div>
</div><div>I go to check my account today and realize the tickets are no longer on my account. I call the ticket office and the two tickets (purchased by my CC and under my account) have been moved over to their account. Now waiting on a call from some manager at the ticket office. Have to say I'm more than a little upset that this could be done without even calling me.</div>

understand how the hell the ticket office took this upon themselves to change who the tickets were sent to. I not only would be pissed, I would tell the ticket office that I did not receive the tickets that I paid for and they need to send some sort of substitute tickets. Damn.....what a cluster <17>.

I know that ultimately your friend did, but if he paid the athletic dept directly, then they did exactly what they should have done. If you paid them for all 6 tickets and were reimbursed by your friend, then yeah they should have called you.

They billed me directly through my account. No matter if the people were going to buy them or not we wanted 6 tickets for the future.<div>
</div><div>The manager just called to say that it was his understanding the couple claimed that we were okay with them moving it to their account. My wife says the they did no such thing. Doesn't matter. What matters to me is that they moved my tickets without my permission. Don't care if it was her parents that called them. Did tell him I was buying tickets (not really) from someone in club level and wanted to move those tickets over to my account. He didn't think it was funny, but I don't care because you would think after they did this the dude would have been moreapologetic.</div><div>
</div><div>The ticket office is moving everything back over to my account.</div>

This sounds like something that would have happened back when Templeton was AD. If I were you I'd be more than a little pissed at my "friend" too.
