Look at these stats that he had against the College Station YMCA. 68 carries for 71 yards and a TD and 1-2 for 7 yards in the air. Just dominant on the offensive side of the ball.

Well I forgot Johnny Football.......

Still amazing to me that the combination of the Air Raid, a great dual-threat QB who was not super highly recruited (3 star I believe), and Sherman's line recruiting made aTm into the best team in college football that year. And even then, their culture was not a great one, as anyone knows who saw the Johnny documentary. And to think it all got messed up due to that hurricane that got their first warm up game moved, which made them face Florida first. And that game got moved right before LSU, another that they lost, when it should have been their bye week.

It's amazing to me the luck and lack of luck that happens sometimes.
