Had we lost to USM two years in a row, Croom would have been turned over sooner and/or Jackies last days would have been shorter. The dynamics of the rivalry would have been good for our program overall. Yes, extremely shameful, but good medicine nonetheless. I use the word rivalry loosely though, we should play you each year and beat you each year. Like our on and off relationship with Memphis, which is not a rivalry. In case you haven't noticed, I have zero respect for USM's football program, fan base, conference, etc. Please, nothing against anyone personally, but collectively, as a group, the biggest bunch of bed wetting whiners who (by admission of their fanbase through ticket sales) neither play for high stakes or significant recognition.
Which probably has alot to do with your participation on this board.
