think that if the roles were reversed, we would see it this way.

Our intent may have been to do the right thing and cover our *** but the end result is the same.

I am all for doing the right thing and I am glad that we did the right thing. But, I also fully understand people accusing us of turning them in.

Truth be told, I don't think we have enough information to know exactly what we did at this point.

Cam would have been suspended before the season started and we would already have a PLOI.

...It's correct we didn't "turn in" Auburn. Bond & certain MSU people just passed along suspicious info to the proper authorities.

Having said that, you can believe Auburn is, concering Miss. State, now tossing **** against the wall to see if the NCAA will allow it to stick.

The Auburn corporation has revealed itself to be a very immature, lowlife organization throughout this whole Cam Newton cluster17.

it would have been oklahoma that is sitting where auburn is. Would you have said we turned in OK? Thats ******** for the folks that COULD have some involvement to take the attention away from them and deflect it at the "accuser". We didnt turn in OU or Auburn or any other team. We turned in something that happened to us concerning a players recruitment that just HAPPENED to sign with auburn.

...or UT if they had not already blown their recruiting budget on Da'Rick Rodgers (and maybe Raijon Neal).

According to one of their fans they have too much class to do something like that.

An auburn guy from another said that he wants them to run the score up on Georgia but then said they wouldn't do that because of the amount of class they have.

Thought it was funny.

is turning Auburn in. You can claim we reported whatever to the SEC to cover our ***, but when we give that quote to the media, I can't see any reason behind it other than to make it seem Auburn paid him. What else do we have to do for you to consider it "turning Auburn in?"

He said that sources told him that two of our recruiters claimed to have had separate conversations with Cecil and Cam. Joe could have talked to our recruiters, that's entirely possible. Or he could have a source that has that information from the actual investigation, which is much more plausible. Regardless, we don't know where he got his information for sure.

We didn't blow the whistle on anything, much less did we admit to such. We did what was required of us, and it is apparent we really didn't want to get as involved in this as we are. We did was SEC rules said we had to do, yet we are accused of being rats. </p>

We did not "turn in" Auburn or the Newtons. MSU reported that a person who CLAIMED to be acting on the behalf of the Newtons had approached about money for Cam to go to MSU.

That's all we know at this point.

MSU did not report that Auburn, boosters of Auburn, or any Auburn coaches did anything.
