As someone who was a SPS lurker from 04-08 while still at MSU, I can confidently say I would have thought this sucked asś even then.

I can also say that this was mind numbingly awful today, even while watching on mute. I can’t imagine how bad it was for those of you who actually had the sound on.

One of these dudes has to be your kid or something for you to act like this is remotely cool. It’s one of these dumbest things I’ve seen come out of Starkville and I’ve lived here for 40+ years. Even as a parent, you should have whooped their a$$e$ the first time they brought you this idea.

Not really my thing, but I didn’t cringe like some on here. They didn’t lie—we’re in the middle of nowhere, and we definitely can’t stick to one logo. I’ve also got two college-age daughters who show me trends all the time that I don’t understand, so maybe I’m not the target audience anyway.

As someone who has been called a cranky old man by many people, I actually liked it. I expected to hate it, based on the response by most of the board, but thought it was ok. My only complaint was even acknowledging tsun, but oh well.
