Well, at least half the regional games are going to have to be on ESPN3 and there's really nothing about our regional that would make it particularly attractive for a TV audience so that's not surprising at all. Probably best for people going to the games this way. Beats the heck out of weekday morning games like the 1st game of the Clemson super regional.

For the most part, espn3 is a pretty good gig. It's grown on me.

I bought an hdmi cable to watch games through the tv so I don't have to pay Comcast an arm and a leg for HD. with good Internet, it's every bit as good as television.

Yeah, it is good for a lot of people. I like it too. But a majority of the country is not going to go out of their way to find us playing. They are going to watch whatever game is on ESPN or ESPN2.

The "official" bracket for the Starkville regional (that the MSU athletic department released) listed the second round and on games as "ESPN3/ESPNU". Not sure if that means that all of the games will be on ESPNU or ESPN has a choice of which games are on the U or whatever. That's what it's listed as.
