He'll be OK by next year, just like Stratton was. Sucks we can't depend on him this year, but that's why we compile depth in the pitching staff. He's a heck of a talent and he'll come around. Maybe even this year.
After watching him in person last night I have to say he looks the part and will
hopefully gain the confidence he needs to be a winner. You could tell last night he was
trying very hard to maintain his control. I think in his efforts to contain his wildness he just
didn't have very good stuff. Cohen certainly seemed to sense it because the hook came out quick
and it was a great decision.
Here's to hoping he gets things going in the right direction, I think he will.
