This isn't surprising; 67% of Americans opposed allowing German and European Jewish immigrants to enter the US during the Holocaust. Americans also overwhelmingly backed the internment of Japanese. Just being in the majority doesn't make it right.

yes, the GOP said that the dems were going to push gandma over the cliff. The GOP health care plan was to hurry up and die. the GOP was going to take away old folks social security. Do I need to go on with the lefts hypocrisy? I'm not opposed to vetting but we can put them out in the desert away from our citizens and then feed them,clothe them and take care of them without losing track of them. Especially the men. Don't think we are currently in danger of takeover, but given a couple nukes in metro and they can put a hell of a hurt on our freedoms. Think about it Mr President, it would only take a handful to carry out the deed. Probably won't happen tomorrow, but time is on their side.
