We were in Disney World in August and they let us bring in water bottles and containers for water.
If they can allow that in Disney of all places, Rutgers can allow it. Just an asinine policy that some clown follows and everyone just nods heads in agreement because there are 1,000 other problems at RU unfortunately.

Thinking about hooking myself to an IV filled with water (or vodka) on a rolling rack and seeing if I can get that in.
CBP allows you to bring in a bottled water and your own hoagie.
I used to fill up water bottles or catch a sip or two from a water fountain that was along one of the walls that ran between the lower level seating area and the outer concourse,,, just behind section 125. Then two seasons ago they decided to put a beverage /snack stand of some kind DIRECTLY in front of the water fountain, completely blocking access to it. Freaking Ridiculous.
As someone who has smoked out of an apple, I have to agree with security on this one.
Hoagies can be used as a weapon. Especially foot longs, and especially when the Phillies play the Mets--those fans can be nuts in Philly.
Sneak in an empty bottle to start
DHS BOLO: White middle-aged couples with clear-plastic bottles of clear water in clear plastic tote bags. Very dangerous threat to the homeland. Do not approach. Suspects may be armed with dihydrogen oxide.
Please be advised to separate them from the suspected materials and wait for them to dehydrate in the hot midday sun if they refuse to pay exorbitant prices for water in order to "support" athletics.

Suggested they allow water and food in the stadium with the heat and that other stadiums allow it.
She said she'd pass the suggestion along.

Maybe the move is to bring 3-4 empty plastic water bottles inside a clear stadium bag at entry.
Are empty plastic bottles ok to bring in? If so then this will work.

Just guzzle a **** ton of water before you go in if you’re too cheap to spend $5 for a bottle of water. Suck it up & Support your university!! You’ll be plenty hydrated for three hours & who needs to eat or drink when such entertainment is before your eyes?

Used to be in a regular corner store plastic bag. But since that’s illegal now, the “single compartment bag” or the “drawstring” that’s on the approved list will have to do.
LOL, with our fans RU could give away free water and the fans would still vacate at half time.
