i agree with the first part of that last sentence. but after an upset, the second they’re expected to win they won’t imo.
Of course, it was heavy sarcasm. We all know Cal will choke when it matters.
The NCAA doesn’t use a separate terminology for it, but that’s really what the NBA calls a clear path foul. I think the refs technically got that one right because Sears was clearly just trying to prevent the layup, but it’s a pretty easy call to get frustrated with since that kind of play happens a lot and enforcement of the rule seems really selective.
i never expected wagner to be a big time scorer at uk, but he is way worse a shooter than i even thought. i never thought he’d be this bad.

This is a good example that games can still be won and lost outside of crunch time. It’s actually been a pretty even matchup for most of the night, but Alabama has never managed to get the margin much under the deficit they dug in the first 2:30.

Their last 5 games are all winnable. Missouri, Mississippi State and Texas at home. At South Carolina and Vandy. I think they make it but they will ride the bubble.

Missouri is a different team on the road. Arkansas just played the number one team to the wire. They have a chance. I'm not a fan and hope their bubble bursts but they are very talented.
