Barstool show will be at MSU-UGA next week

If we don't suck this week, it will be fine. Some of yall need to grow a set.
If it wasn't for BW, I wouldn't know anything about Barstool. Even with BW, I listen to one show, Unnecessary roughness. It has gotten better with TBob but is still unlistenable occasionally.
Well good thing you are not in charge. Barstool Sports is huge and very popular nationwide. Do you know what a big deal it is for them to come to a po dunk university in Mississippi that is not having a good season and the attention it will bring? ******* kids hear the word **** every day on YouTube and on the bus and at school. LSU has their children participating in the neck chant but we can’t have barstool here because they say words that are allowed on Fox ******* sports every single morning. It’s PG language. Not suck this tiger dick ***** rated r language. The band plays it for gods sake. I don’t agree with it and think it’s disgusting, but you know what? It ain’t for me to like and you know what I do like, the fact that they are great at sports and their fans are locked in. People like you are why this university is light years behind in athletics and part of the problem with the entire world. “I dont like it so no one should be able to enjoy it” is the most selfish ridiculous **** in the world. I bet you drive 72 in the left lane and say “I’m going over the speed limit so they can just go around.” This is a free country, if you don’t like something turn it off, leave the area, or find something else to do and stop trying to ruin **** for everyone else.
Same. If Brandon wasn't there I wouldn't know a thing (or care) about Barstool. With that said, if we lose again tomorrow they will have plenty to make fun of when they are in town (our team and our no show crowd).
I really like BW, but I can't stand the whole Barstool ethos. I wish he'd go to On3, but he probably makes more money at Barstool.
I'm worried the way they crap on BW and Mississippi State that this could be a whole show of just giving us a hard time as opposed to highlighting the positives.
That's why I'm worried about the crowd. I hope we have some frats or anyone show up.
Again, the outcome is up to MSU. The pressure is on to not suck. That's literally all we have to do.

Laughable. I just care about Christian and American values. My children are more important than y’all having some guys coming to the campus and being an embarrassment by what they say and stand for.
It’s all kayfabe. When someone at Barstool ***** on Dave he responds like a boss and points out their shortcomings if he’s not a fan. When Brandon does it Dave responds with locker room smack because all Dave cares about is making money and creating content which Brandon does both. Brandon is the Mick Foley of barstool, constantly taking a beating, everyone loves him, but hopefully one day he’ll come out on top.

I know who BW is, but I've never been a fan of any of his work starting when he was local here years ago to now so it's not the language that I've heard he uses that turns me off because he couldn't do that locally. I'm not a big pod fan anyway unless I've got a long drive ahead of me. Edit: I did enjoy his meltdown then hysteria at the end of the AZ St game. If you haven't seen that you need to watch it on YouTube.
I couldn't find Barstool on a tv, a computer, or wherever they have their content. From what I've seen of him I think Portnoy is a pompous arrogant dou-che bag.
BUT, if they want to come to campus and broadcast whatever and however they do to their jillions of fans, I'm ok with it. If people don't want to watch it so be it, doooooooon't waaaaaaaatch, its simple! The ones that do want to watch won't care if they drop multiple F bombs during the course of their broadcast so its a win as far as I'm concerned. Free MSU publicity to the ones that like the show, no harm to the ones that don't want it as long as they don't tune in and if they do that's on them.

I agree on Portnoy....he is as obnoxious as they come. But I really like BW. He can be over the top here and there, but he is smart as hell and knows his stuff and I think he puts out really good content. I'm a big fan of the Unnecessary Roughness podcast.

Are we really saying we don't want one of the most popular sports platforms in the world to come to our campus because they might say the F word? If that is the case, we should do like Mississippi College just did and change our name to a Christian university and do away with football.
