Is there a good list of players who are out of eligibility out there? Simmons, Powell, Hines for sure; I'm less sure on Reeves, Chance, Stallman, Downs, Ligon, Nate Williams with the Covid/Medical/etc rules. I feel like I heard Frei and Sullivan are back, but are listed as seniors ...
