Basketball playoffs football eligibility?

Can players play in basketball playoffs this week and play football on Friday? If a team loses on Monday 22nd or Wednesday 24th in playoffs , are they allowed to play football on Friday 26th? Or do they have to practice so many times before they are allowed to play football first?

I'm sure our guys practice football while playing basketball.

Yeah I'm sure schools have worked it out so they can get days in.

Probably some Saturday practice so that these players will be right on track to play as soon as b ball playoff over for there school.
