Baylor's Athletic Department

I'll admit that I don't pay much attention to the inner workings of Athletic Departments outside of the SEC, but has there been any turnover in the Baylor Athletic Department?<div>
</div><div>That place has gone from insignificance and irrelevance in everything but occasionally Girls Basketball and Baseball to being powers in most sports every year. That doesn't happen by luck, so there has to be some sort of great leadership there.</div><div>

Don't know how long he has been, but if he started in the last 5-8 years, it would explain a lot.

Drayton McLane is pretty much flipping the bill for the new on campus football stadium at Baylor. But to explain what has happened over the last few years.. who knows.
