He has had several of his family play college basketball. Everyone of them I had seen could jack it as soon as they crossed half court. Noone really comes from Northeast MS and plays DI.

I've heard this from quite a few people. I don't know if rays like that but I would like to know why he didn't get a serious look. It was his dream to play at state
The part that is really sickening is we wouldn't offer Geno but wasted a scholly on a marginal JUCO player who didn't even bother to get himself eligible.
No. Borchert is a Ray recruit. And Ray got a fair bit of criticism for signing him, as I recall.

Absolutely, we would not even give this kid the time of day. He was ignored by the coaching staff when he came to games. He was even considering walking on at one point but we ignored him. Understand there was a terse encounter between father and our coach. We blew it just like we have all along anyway.
