Litigation over what? AFAIK Lane didnt breach his contracts. He's allowed to leave. Embarrassing the university by being a drama queen attention hoe* is not actionable.

It was sort of funny that Kiffin actually said the word out loud, and indignantly. I supposed it's common now in Caucasian culture as well.
