Just more confirmation.

Now that Mike Pence has entered the race, let me tell y’all some inside info: In the days leading up to J6, I was informed by trusted sources that Pence wasn’t going to contest the rigged electoral college results. I couldn’t believe it. How could he backstab 74 million people & allow fraud to overthrow our executive branch? But then I was told why… He cut a deal with the Koch fundraising network to be their lead horse in 2024 if he backstabbed Trump and the MAGA movement in 2020. To those that say he didn’t have the power to contest fraudulent ballots and allow state legislatures to conduct further review, then why did they change the Electoral College Act in 2022 to explicitly state the VP could no longer facilitate that exact process? Because Pence could and he knew it, but he took the blood money anyway. We are not in this situation because of President Trump. We are here b/c powerful forces worked to “fortify” the 2020 election and coward RINOs like Mike Pence partnered with them. Let’s show Judas what we think of his backstabbing in the ballot box.

“How can you prove it?” Well to start, he just announced he’s running against President Trump I’d say that’s pretty good confirmation in and of itself Now we just have to verify his biggest campaign donors and see if they’re closely tied to Koch Let’s review these FEC filings

Or, you know, maybe he didn't have any legal authority to do anything except what he did. Good lord dude, y'all have demonized someone who did their constitutional job. I thought you cared about the constitution? Does the constitution only matter when it helps your lord and savior Donald Trump?

No doubt also that Pence lied to Trump about Pence. He was part of the coup all along and was promised the presidency when they removed Trump but it failed to that extent.

Pence Gave DOJ Secret Notes of Conversations with Trump

By

August 2, 2023

Then-Vice President Mike Pence took “contemporaneous notes” of his conversations with Donald Trump before the J6 riot. This was revealed in the Tuesday indictment.
Pence’s previously unreported notes are presented as evidence against Trump. Mr. Trump faces four federal charges related to his actions after the 2020 presidential election and claims the election was stolen. The charges could put him in prison for the remainder of his life. One even carries a potential death penalty.

Fox News:

“As the January 6 congressional certification proceeding approached and other efforts to impair, obstruct, and defeat the federal government function failed, [Trump] sought to enlist the Vice President to use his ceremonial role at the certification to fraudulently alter the election results,” the 45-page indictment alleges.

“The Defendant did this first by using knowingly false claims of election fraud to convince the Vice President to accept the Defendant’s fraudulent electors, reject legitimate electoral votes, or send legitimate electoral votes to state legislatures for review rather than count them. When that failed, the Defendant attempted to use a crowd of supporters that he had gathered in Washington, D.C., to pressure the Vice President to fraudulently alter the election results.”
Then-Vice President Mike Pence took “contemporaneous notes” of his conversations with Donald Trump before the J6 riot. This is according to the indictment.

Pence’s previously unreported notes are presented as evidence against Trump. Having your vice president testify against you with his notes could be very damning to people like this. They are violating Trump’s right to free speech.

Remember when he said he’d fight until every legal vote was counted and every illegal ballot was thrown out? The man’s a weasel.

Pence acted honorably. I also don't blame him at all for keeping notes, he had seen what Trump did to others who didn't do his bidding.

Pence is being remarkably calm about someone who let people threaten his life and his families. How Mike Pence was treated by Trump and his followers is awful, and you should be ashamed. To call him Benedict Pence is a travesty, the only "Benedict" here is Trump. He is a traitor who tried to lie, cheat, and steal his way in to keeping power.

He cares about America 1st and for some reason that pisses the left off.

What in the world makes you believe this? He cares about Donald Trump first and always has. You guys kill me with believing the documented serial liar, cheat, adulterer is the most honest guy in America.

It's like saying I sure trust Hitler since he was honest about hating Jews.

What absolutely KILLS me here, is that somehow, OP ACTUALLY BELIEVES that the VP has the power to simply invalidate the votes of a state (certified by that state's legislature) because he THINKS that there may be fraud. That is absurd. Consider the 2000 election.

If you recall, the Presidential Election came down to Florida. The winner there would be President. Bush won by < 600 votes or about .06 of a percent. As you imagine, that required a recount, BUT so many paper votes were made that the recount was going to take several months... Way past the Jan 20th inauguration date. There were real problems here counting the votes, especially in the Miami/Dade counties (Democratic Magorities) due to the older machines that left the chad hanging and the votes were thrown out as uncountable. The Supreme Court said stop the recount and declared Bush the winner.

In early January Al Gore certified the results of Florida EVEN THOUGH the laws of Florida had not been followed , no recount had even been done, and there was a REALLY GOOD chance he'd have picked up those 600 votes in a hand recount.

But Al Gore knew that the VP couldn't do that. Bill Clinton knew that he couldn't get a new set of electors that would vote Democrat. I wonder what these MAGAs on here saying that Pence did the wrong thing would have said if Gore did the same thing? They'd have marched on DC with torches and pitchforks... and they'd have been right to do so. Because the state certified the election at the order of the SCOTUS and the VP can't overrule that.

It is extremely well documented legally that the VP doesn't have any ability about to do what Trump wanted. His role in certification is largely ceremonial. Trump tried to make it a thing since he knew he had no other chance of staying in power. He tried to bully Pence and to his credit, Mike Pence, who I don't agree with about almost anything, did the right thing and did his constitutional duty.

Your point is well taken. All these folks are all about the constitution and rule of law EXCEPT when it comes to Trump.
Hell, Trump even said a couple of months ago that the 2020 election needed to be redone or Trump restored as President EVEN if it means setting aside the Constitution. His followers just cheered him on.

Why does America 1st trigger you so much?
Because it's a ******** slogan that doesn't mean a damn thing, especially considering he hates the majority of this country and he has a vision that would re-make us into a Russia or China style of government if he has his way.

What makes you all think Trump doesn’t love America? Specifically

I am not suggesting he hates America or anything like that, but what makes you think he loves America more than other candidates? We all love America. I'm saying the slogan is stupid, and asinine. Biden has done more for America first by his actions towards China Microchips, by his actions against Russia.

I say actions speak loud, he has done some extremely damaging things to America. What happened on J6 is directly his fault through his rhetoric. He insists on insulting people, always taking the lowest possible road, and never,no matter how obvious, admits any fault. This is the same man who said he didn't need to ask Jesus for forgiveness for anything.

Yes he did and he will always enjoy hero status with me, regardless of our political differences, which are voluminous in scope.

Absolutely. I don't like his politics, particularly in regards to gay rights, but I respect the courage it took to stand up to Trump when he knew, probably better than most what the fallout and abuse would be. That took serious guts and I respect him for it.

I'm suggesting it. He does hate America, and democracy, and people. He wants to rule this country as an autocrat. Anyone who loved America and everything it stands for would not want that.

We know he doesn't love America because of what he's done to America, particularly since the election. He obviously hates our institutions and our form of government and loves himself more than he cares about the majority of the population, who he spent every day slandering while he was in office.

There was a legal process to contest the election. The electoral count act of 1887.
