Why the hell are we trying to run Relf's offense with Russel? When the Russel era begins next year (barring no one beating him out) we are going to have to completely redesign our offense to suit him. In a competitive game this football season, Russel shouldn't even sniff the field simply because the offense is just not built for him at all right now, and quite frankly I don't think we should ever design it for him.. We don't have enough talent at wide receiver to run 60% pass, I say go with mini Favre or Prescott.

</div><div>Edit: And yes, I just misspelled the **** out of Russell's name in my entire first post, but you know what? I'm going to shamelessly make up for it by saying that that is howinsignificanthe is to our team. We are a run first spread option offense and he will just never fit in</div>

The qb run of the spread formation should be the last thing that happens on a play. I will admit that Relf has improved as a passer at best he is a 30% passer and a 70% runner. Russell is a 70% passer and 30% runner. The ofence will not change, it willjust be less qb run .
