Hey, everyone. I am wanting to take my sons (ages 8 and 4) to the Wyoming game. I will be buying off the secondary market.

Does anyone have a good suggestion for the best section? It is an 11 am start. The boys do love bands. We have never been to a Nebraska game. Thanks!

Not sure what would be the "best" section. I have sat all over and each section has its pros and cons. Just get to the stadium when it opens and get down in the tunnel. That is what your boys will remember. My son loved giving the players five as they came out. Just have to get there early to get a good spot and block out the grown men trying to do the same thing

I would avoid the north stadium. Just my preference. The 50 yard line about 30 rows up is pretty good I hear. But seriously, considering the ages of your boys you might want to consider up top on the east side. Easy access in and out and to concessions /rest rooms. Less traffic than other parts of the stadium. And seats are a little bigger and tend to be a little cheaper in my experience.

And a fantastic view. Sat up there for the spring game and absolutely loved it.

I think they're still around sect. 30 or 31. If you want to watch them warm up they're outside the Westbrook building about an hour before kickoff.

Thanks! Where is the band?
The band is in sections 9 and 10. A couple of other thoughts:
The East stadium can be brutally hot during the early games, this is an early kickoff, but the second half could still be very warm.
If your kids like the band, get lower seats, the 600 level seats and most others above row 60 or so make the band members look pretty small.
The big scoreboard is on top the North stadium so you can't see it from seats in the NS without turning around. I would suggest South stadium (avoid student seats in Sections 13/14) or West stadium.

North Stadium is definitely the most quiet section I've sat in. I think no matter what there isn't a bad seat for kids.
