Big recruiting day! What will happen?

To me it is will be a great day if he land either Z Smith or Hooks. If we land both, then it would be an unreal day. While I'm happy that we are in the game with Hooks, if he is going to choose OM, I would have just assumed he chose them two days ago and not gotten my hopes up.

I know I'm always the one that says get the best players regardless, but with JUCOs with 2 years of eligibility it's different. Let's just get one and save the other spot for a talented freshman.

That said, Hooks to UM and Smith to TAM.

We should get sigs from Chappelle and Cox. Hooks is supposedly making his decision at 11 this morning. Probably won't be a huge day, I think Hooks chooses OM...but Chappelle and Cox are great pick ups for us, and much needed.

Z. Smith would make today a HUGE day.

Hooks is all over the place. We had no shot at this guy 4-5 weeks ago- and now we are in the final cut- great job by the staff (Brewster) off breaking down the walls. There are all kinds of stuff out there on him right now- so who knows at this point. He would be a great bonus and a helluva steal.

Should be a good day for us- we will be getting some quality guys to add to the 2-deep- some starters and some to rotate in

Rosebowl saying Hooks is choosing Washington, and then all of the sudden his announcement backed up to 1 o'clock. Sounds like the Rebs found out it was Washington, so they're going to throw a little late cabbage his way to try and save their crootin Championship hopes.

To clarify, Rosebowl received a text from someone close to Hooks (not Hooks himself). That individual THINKS it is going to be Washington. Rosebowl is not saying Washington, rather just passing along the info. My gut says The Ole Miss Rebels.

Gotcha. That's why first hand info is better. I was under the impression that Robertson was saying himself it was Washington. Thanks for clearing it up Buford.

Looks like Smith is headed to Kentucky. His former D-Line coach is on the staff there and they're making a late push.
