Thiero can get to the rim and he may improve on his shooting. I doubt he returns though.

He got to the rim a lot, give him credit for that, but he rarely finished. I’d like to get Thiero back though for his defense and rebounding.

Effort can overcome a lot, but it's tough for a kid to improve their skills around the basket without proper coaching. I'm sure Welch worked on that with him, but Thiero had one year of him. I think another year will help immensely whether he's here or not. I wish him the best. He was one of the bright spots on this year's disappointing season.

Most thought the same thing about Reed. I Don't think when it's all said and done, Pope will play favorites.

Fans need to be prepared for their ideas of who a player was to be much different than what they actually are.

He would be so great in this offense. He's probably THE best big man for it. But if he doesn't want to be that guy, we can find a great replacement.
