stop with the "Mullen's assistants keep jumping ship" crap. It really makes you look so stupid. And sad.

Torbush was told to leave- gets another BCS DC job
Manny leaves to join a top 10 rated national program
Our 17'ing WR coach gets the head job at ULL

Nobody wants Nutts assistants.

Austin wanted out and the best he could get was an Ivy League job. Delta State would win the Ivy League.
Nix? He was fired by Spurrier because he was ******. Nobody in their right mind is going to try and steal him away.

While I'm at it- people also laugh at you with the "Mullen cant beat anybody in the West besides Mississippi"

A. You make yourself look really bad with that statement- because when it comes out- to other people it sounds like "our program is ****** so they keep beating us"
B. He is 5-1 vs the East- those games count too. You'll remember that this Fall when Vandy and Kentucky hand you your *** on the road
C. Pretty much any fan with a brain knows we were rebuilding in year 1, and the SEC West was the best it's ever been in 2010.

I understand it's hard to be optimistic these days in Oxford. Hell, it's Oxford- it's Grenada with a college instead of a lake. Your team has no defense and has to play in the West. Teams are going to run thru you like Charlie Sheen in a whorehouse.

And worst of all- you will be a 7-10 point underdog to State in November, watching us beat you for the 3rd straight time- and there is nothing you can do but lay there and take it. Better get to heppin those QB's and defensive front players- they are gonna need it

I say pin this to the top of the page, all Ole Miss people should shut the hell up until they win at something on the field. If only they could shut up about how awesome they are, they would realize that everything coach said in this post is absolutely correct. Boo ya

We will be at least a 14 point favorite in the Egg Bowl.

I might also add one more thing. When we had a ****** defensive co-ordinator.....we got rid of him. Hope they enjoy another year of watching spread offenses rip new orifices into the carcus that was their defense.</p>

they're always top shelf.

And about the SEC West- how many teams did they beat out of the SEC West last year?

Also, MSU was 1-0 against I-AA teams last year.

if you take ole miss out of the converation, and the games where ark, bama, aub, lsu, and state played eachother the collective record including the bowls is 45-2. bama lost to south carolina and ark lost to ohio state. thats it. all other losses for these teams came against eachother.

Well, we have Stanley, Brunetti, Stoudt, Mackey and Chris Garrett (sitting out). I don't know what's so poor about that situation... I think Garrett is our QB in 2012. I like the way Nix utilized DT Shackelford. He'll do the same with CJ. We have some veteran secondary players coming in that should helpimmediately. What makes you soconfidentabout MSU. We won back 2 back Cotton bowls then went 4-8...

I'll let you what's poor about it:

Stanley sucks.
Mackey sucks, or he would have played this year. Instead your coach had to get Masoli.
Stoudt....who the !$!! is this guy? JUCO 5* guys rarely pan out, much less this guy.
Garrett? See subject line.
Brunetti? Your best hope here. Who knows how good he is, but he's sitting out right? I know Mullen wanted this guy. But again, he's just one guy.

everyone coming back off a 9-4 team. Mullen has shown he can coach kids up. We play hard, fast and we are the ****. We havent had any attrition unlike the rebs. Yes I get we havent beaten anyone besides the rebs in the west but who has. At one point We all (minus Ole miss) was 40-1 outside the west. Mullen said it best. We have like 47-53 players still on campus that state has signed. Redshirted all but three last year. The future is bright in vegas. You guys are turning players over hand over fist. You cant keep em there. Really I dont see the rebs winning more than Five this year but thats just me.

"Well, we have Stanley, Brunetti, Stoudt, Mackey and Chris Garrett (sitting out)." <div>And? Stanley rode the bench behind a QB that took you to 4 wins, Brunetti didn't want to compete at WVU or couldn't, Macky? He won't be as good a Masoli, And if God has a sense of humor... Garrett will be your QB in 2012. all of what looks like 250 lbs of him. </div><div>
</div><div>What makes us confident about MSU? Uhh well we return practically everyone but the LB's. The same players that has rolled your asses two in a row.</div><div>
</div><div>Sure you went to back to back cotton bowls... with Orgerons players. Who's the majority of players you went 4-8 with? </div><div>
</div><div>And take it from us... we love what Nix does with your defense too. Give him an "Atta boy" for us.</div>

confident in that, there's no sense in arguing with you. I hope Garrett is y'alls qb in 2012, that will all but wrap up our 4th win in a row vs the bears.

State also went 5-7 under Mullen's first year with the toughest strength of schedule in the nation. Pretty damn impressive if you think about it.

You mean the JUCO dbs with hardly any other BCS offers between them? Is that really what you mean by that?

Go ahead and hang your hat on the schemes of Nix, Garrett as your QB, and JUCO dbs. Good Lord.</p>
