Charles Walker..CJ Conrad..Joey Herrick ..Blake Bone..Tavin Richardson..Jabari Greenwoid..Jeff Badet..Garrett Johnson..D. LongHe played but nothing thrown his way. There was one play in first quarter I believe where had one-on-one with their shortest DB to the wide side of the field and a pass play was called but barker was rushed to the right side and never got a chance to look back left.
He was wasted this year. Hardly nothing thrown his way.

I agree but it seems like he was better last year .Herrick was a senior. To me Bone seemed to have a difficult time getting separation. Needs to work on his strength.
This is the dumbest move I've seen by the coaching staff. Why you wouldn't use a stud like Bone after Baker proves he can't catch the ball is beyond me.......So effing stupid it makes me sick.
If Bone transfers, I'll never forgive Stoops for this one.
I missed Bone's stud-like performances....in which game(s) did those occur? I recall a nice play on a Towles scramble vs somebody but Bone largely underperformed due mainly to his inability to get open.
Can't believe that so many of our posters are this clueless. When you are 6'6" and the d-back is 5'11" you are already "open". Some of you act like a WR has to get 5 yards of separation before you can throw them the ball. Anyone who saw B Bone perform in the camps against the top competition in the nation know that this kid can catch the ball in heavy traffic over just about any 6 footer you want to put him against. Bone should have been running routes over the middle of the field to utilize his pass catching ability. Someone on this staff is also clueless on how to create mismatches and take advantage of those mismatches. I don't remember even one pass that thrown high enough for him to use this advantage . Seems like he was always having to dive to the ground to make the catch .Can't believe that so many of our posters are this clueless. When you are 6'6" and the d-back is 5'11" you are already "open". Knew that about Herrick I don't know why I included him... I would sure like to know the percentage of dropped passes vs bad passes thrown the receivers this yearHerrick was a senior. To me Bone seemed to have a difficult time getting separation. Needs to work on his strength.

Badet consistently ran by the coverage. Ball would ALWAYS be under thrown, negating his speed advantage. Passes to Bone were thrown at his feet, negating his height advantage. Juice was laid out to be killed by poorly thrown passes. See any pattern here? This group of wide outs would excel with a qb who. Could get them the ball in the right position at the right time. We did not have that this year.
Bone caught 20 out of 25 balls thrown his way this year. 80% of the passes thrown his way were completed. How much separation do you need when you are a half a foot taller and a much longerI missed Bone's stud-like performances....in which game(s) did those occur? I did not know about that stat. That's actually outstanding, since only 55% of our passes all year were caught, if that. Granted, some of the throws to Bone were more high percentage type passes, but still.Bone caught 20 out of 25 balls thrown his way this year. 80% of the passes thrown his way were completed.
