actually he's an undergraduate assistant... never heard of one of those, although i guess thats what kendrick cook is as well

And he has worked with Jacob Lindgren as a private instructor, who was drafted by the Cubs in the 12th round.


Having seen him play, he's not a guy I would have ever thought would be a good baseball coach, but he has done pretty well at least at the high school level. He has some pro experience as both a hitter and a pitcher.

I suspect that he will help Butch out with the pitchers. Cohen and Lane do the hitting for the most part, as well as Mingione a little bit.

That's probably why I didn't think he would ever be a good baseball coach.

But going to the minors and not making it can humble you if you are a baseball player.

I can certainly forgive.

Rule #1 is do not interact with fans if you are a baseball player during a game.

Rule #2 is do not fight, curse, flip off, etc. fans- especially your own that are supporting you.

Both Corley and Brownlee broke those two rules, and like you said, I'm sure both regret it.
