Does anyone else remember this kid? He was an absolute athletic freak but tore his ACL in high school. I believe he took the opening kickoff for West Oktibbeha HS for a TD as an 8th grader. Anyway he was naturally freakishly fast and strong as an ox and I honestly thought he would end up in the NFL as a RB or LB.
After the injury he wasn't the same beast but still had a solid career at LB, 26 tackles in EMCC's championship game a few years back then fizzled out at West Alabama.
I also remember watching him play baseball which led me to the Bo comparison not just the injury because he would absolutely destroy a baseball and was an automatic two stolen bases every time on base.
Always wondered how far he could have gone because if anyone else remembers this kid pre-injury would know the raw talent, speed, and strength he had, a combination unlike any other I've ever seen.
