Look I'm glad Bo is speaking up but his first choice for HC two years ago is doing worse than Lebby at Purdue
He didn't get destroyed and humiliated by a MAC team in year 1. We'll see how next year goes.
It doesn't help that Mississippi is having an incredible run.

Their entire administration from Keith Carter all the way down to Walker Jones is just light years ahead of us.
And no one wants to admit it.

Our issues are so much bigger than just OM being good.
They are not scared of taking a chance on a coach with baggage. Lane had a little baggage and Beard had a ton of baggage. Not being scared has paid off for them.
I totally agree. They are much bigger than most fans realize, but Ole Miss is taking advantage of us stepping on our dicks in everything - athletics, academics, enrollment, research - Everything at State is on the level of our football team.
There are individuals running departments at MSU that could not handle the lunch rush at Little Dooey.

Two SEC wins in three years and the wins were against 4-8 Arkansas and 2-10 Arkansas.
It has been outrageously bad and I do not feel a huge sense of urgency to get it right at this point. Not from our leaders at least.
Selmon is doing a lot of good. Listening to fans is a big step in the right direction. The decision to hire Cohen as the AD is the root cause of all of our issues.

If Lebby falls flat in year 3 and Selmon makes another poor football hire, then you criticize him. He fired an awful decision (Arnett) and his first hire just completed year 2. Not sure how anyone can say he’s incompetent at this point. Interlocking is back, BOC hired for baseball, our venues are finally being utilized for concerts. He is moving things ahead.
Many folks who lead successfully organizations are complete sh-it heads and to never seem get their due.
Love the fact he uses his platform to speak out, can’t ***** or fault him, but that was Four Roses talking with a Spring Street Cigar. With a bone-in NY Strip somewhere in the background. But … he at least speaks up … Credit Due.

You think we feel bad as a fan base. Imagine how bad Arkansas fans must feel being the team that bookends our recent SEC wins!
Who will attend those concerts? Probably none of the big football donors. Hosting concerts will make the younguns happy I guess. College kids may love going to hip hop and gangster pop shows but just like they don’t tip at restaurants, they also don’t pay the bills for football! I sure hope every penny from every concert ticket sold goes directly to Football NIL!

The root cause of our issues stems from November 2017. He had a chance to put our stamp on the state for good but we fumbled that because Cohen interviewed one candidate since he was the smartest guy in the room. In 2017, we could've hired Kiffen, Heupel, and allegedly Kyle Whittingham had interest. Flash forward 2 years later, they hire Kiffen and we reach for Leach. They hired the guy who is a better coach AND fits their school.
Exactly. Everything we do is half-arsed, or worse. Ability means nothing. It's all "Am I friends with this guy", or "Do I like his personality?" Give me a few jerks who know what they are doing.
Had we hired Kiffen and still not sure we could have or would have but, 3 years ago when Auburn needed a new HC and he was flirting with that job then, he would have bolted from State and be at Auburn right now and probably having the Iron Bowl tonight decide the other team not named UGA to play in the SEC championship.
Leach would have been retired today after his 3rd straight egg bowl loss.
