Don't see why people are getting mad about this......
Does anybody, even you guys bitching about the lack of respect, actually expect to beat Alabama? What happened to objectivity? Sounds like people are just getting their feelings hurt.

Just shut up. We're 7-0, and I for one am throwing objectivity out the window
putting on my Maroon glasses, and drinking as much Maroon Kool-Aid as possible. State's gonna beat Bama and shock the world. 17 ESPN, Bo Bounds, and the white trash sidewalk-alum Bama fans. Banks is gonna pick off 2 passes and we beat Bama 20-16.

He's right that heart doesn't win football games. But who DOESN'T know that?
And who doesn't know that Alabama pretty much has better everything when it comes to football. But who doesn't know when the team with all of the advantages plays like crap and the other team doesn't, upsets happen.
The lifestyle means filling air time with mostly stuff people already know.

Well he's half right, but when you add in to the equation clear eyes w/ the full hearts then you can't lose.
Heart doesn't win games, but an NFL caliber QB does. Folks, don't let the media fool you. We have a chance in this game because we have an NFL caliber QB, and if he is given time to throw, Bama will pay. Whenever, you have a QB that is capable of shredding a defense, you always have a chance because you can score points.

Bama is loaded and has an amazing coach. Everyone knows who they are and what they have.
But MSU whooped that *** in 1980, Jackie beat them and we Croomed one of their coaches. It CAN be done and it HAS been done. Who is the only coach that arguably has a better, smarter offensive mind than Alabama's staff? Dan 17n Mullen.
Bama will probably go undefeated again this year and win the national championship. But they can always be beat. And if anyone is going to do it, it will be Mississippi State. That's what I would say. Because of 17n heart and they have proven that several times.

Hopefully, our good D/T Boyd will step up to play this game. He has been pushed around by mediocre OL so far this year.
Bo's right... Heart does not win football games. Putting more points on the board than your opponent wins football games.
This is right ALL day! Tyler's stock will shoot up if he is able to expose this defense. I don't think Bama has played a complete team yet. They will Saturday. Arky has no defense and neither does UT. They have beaten an overrated Michigan & Arky team who else? Arky was in complete disarray at the time with no running game. I think that we ARE going to beat then because we have a damned good QB and a senior laden WR core that is helping their QB because they know they (at any pass play) could get the football.
Why in the hell does anyone call him? Let's play the game and see what happens. Any team can be beat, even 17ing Bama.
Did anyone think the bears would go into the swamp and beat #1 Tebow? I assume our coaches have our players convinced that they can win. Thats all that matters. And I'm not sure what would motivate and LT era caller to phone into bounds and poo poo our chances. I'm not convinced they were state callers anyway. By the way bounds is so terrified he's gonna alienate the bear faithful that you can bet he's not gonna espouse any positives he may see in the matchup.
