Boise State fans slaps Blount...

I was just watching OTL on ESPN. If you slow motion the frames right when Blount approaches the crowd (after the on the field punch, and when Blount is being led to the locker room) there is a Boise State fan that has "The Myth is True" written on his white tshirt (thanks, HD) that actually slaps Blount. It may not have been a complete B slap, but it was enough to completely put Blount over the edge. The 45ish year old Boise State fan better be glad security was dragging him away because Blount was about to put a proper Scooba *** whippin on him. Does this change anything, and do you think the fan should be called out?
