Their gameplay was to bait us into QB runs and it worked. Their defense was so good that they double teamed Brennan Thompson and covered the rest of the field with 9. They knew our 5 OL couldn't compete with their 4 down linemen. We didn't stand a chance on offense.

I was laughing during the team introduction by the announcers when they said, "Mississippi State's high powered offense".

One more Saturday and it will be over. Maybe they win and go to a bowl game, or they get into a bowl game with five wins but after next Friday the madness will be over until next season.

The SEC could end up having five teams not eligible for a bowl game and Ole Miss has played all five. Three out of the four out of conference teams Ole Miss has played only one is above 500. Washinton State has five wins but two more games to play. They could end up with six or more wins. That's the schedule we needed. Only four teams on a twelve-team schedule have winning records as of today.

Honestly that is a fireable offense in itself
Good god…..that’s an incredible stat.

Add in 10 carries for KT, and we gave 27 carries to the QB’s compared to 16 for the RB’s. I mean why are we running the ball 43 times anyway in a game that we trailed by double digits for the majority of the time?

Our SOS is #10 out of 16 SEC teams. It could be a little better, but it’s definitely lower half of the league.

We don’t have a lot of room to complain about the schedule.

Lebby said he didn’t want to waste plays.
He wasted 17 plays. For 16 yards. And sounded retarded saying that.
Lebby would do himself a world of good to just decline to answer questions for the remainder of the season. His answers to completely reasonable questions are so idiotic that it's moving fans like myself from indifference to genuine anger

A head coach can be stubborn if he's good at what he does. When his decisions are devoid of any sense or logic, being stubborn as well is a very dangerous combination

I wonder how KT feels about him saying it's a "wasted play" for him to be on the field. Someone needs to remind The Moron there is this thing called the portal.
I really just can't get over the wasted play comment

Who knows what was in Lebby's head at that moment in time, but is it at least fair to assume that most of us would consider incompletions, turnovers, and plays for zero or less yards to fit the definition of "wasted"?

If so, Shapen had TWENTY FIVE of them on Saturday night. I don't know what the hell Shapen does in practice, but Lebby is convinced that he's something that he's clearly not

It’s always pretty true that if someone looks like a neck bearded retard they usually turn out to be a 17n retard. The credit for the success of this team is due to those writing the NIL checks and our sec brethren

He thought he was gonna like the job and like being a head coach but he realized it’s not for him but he doesn’t want to quit.
Judging by the way he looks on the sidelines during games, and his openness to fans and media, I could believe this, but I doubt if true. He and Buttzler was chucking it up in pregame at Mizzou . Seemed to be enjoying themselves.

KT's Mom said "what a mess" walking out of the game Saturday night. So yeah, I think they know with Lebby it's just going to be keystone cops next year as well.
