If he's right and neither Ohio State or Penn State are selected by the Orange Bowl but both end up in a different NY6 bowl game, the Reliaquest Bowl would have to select a Big Ten team and everyone else would move up a spot.

Palm now has us in the Pinstripe and Minnesota in Phoenix.
I think that’s been the consensus for awhile now.
Correct, but Palm has been the outlier picking us to be in phoenix as recently as last night.
