Bowl tix for non-BC members?

Alright looks like the BC members are the only ones that can lineup for the bowl tickets right now. How do non-BC members get in line or will I prob be SOL? Or would I be better off on Stubhub/Ticketmaster?

....in my opinion, the ability to choose the location of your seat is worth the extra cost. My Liberty Bowl tickets from MSU sucked. If it's pretty clear where we're going prior to the BC deadline, I may go that route instead.
