I think 3 team subs are pointless in Class B.
We always talk about making C one class, but truth B is the class that half needs to move to A and the other half to C1
Are you REALLY suggesting extinction of the "B" population ???
Its is the class that is kinda a joke 26 teams in football 16 to state BB distirct with three teams
