Isn't that where most of the athletes stay? I cannot believe he hasn't gotten with someone and nailed this down, yet.

I'm pretty sure The Pointe has apartments. <div>Also, someone is building new apartments inbetween campus trails and the pointe. Not sure what they are.</div>

21 Apartments, $760/month for a 1BR.

Trulia say:

Lakeside Place, $685/$695, $515 for 2BR (assume thats each), $345 for 4BR.
$425 per month for 2BR somewhere on Blackjack Rd, i guess that's the Links.

I'd suggest contacting the Highlands, there's plenty of 1BRs out there. But not unless you're careful, the drive back to there at night is a cop guantlet.
I know there's a waiting list right now for Crossgates.

Btw, when did rents go up that high? Is this an effect of that apartment construction moratorium of a few years back?

He would be very close to the school/practice facilities, cotton district, downtown and even RICKS. Wonder how his skillz with the hoes is? Maybe I could knock back his rent if he could fix me up with some ladies.

those apartments going up are phase 2 of the point. they didn't have enough time to build them last year.
