Man why does Ed just have to be an insufferable jerk that ruins all threads he partakes in? If there was ever a poster this board would be better off without, it’s Ed.

The amazing part is it is not just politics. We all agree there will be disagreements there, but it’s EVERY topic with this guy. He has the wrong and crazy stance on literally every topic he posts on
He's a troll that literally takes every chance to try and bait people to get them banned. Feminine hygiene product.

Bell County is west of Harlan. You’ve got Pennington Gap and “Stoneface” Rock to the East. It used to be called something else, but they changed that in the 90’s.

People get use to BLM and Antifa getting away with murder, drugs and human trafficking In America.

Hunter Biden got a VISA card of crime with no bill due. No big deal.

Can’t be gay in the Middle East. Killed. No homophobia or transphobia there. Nope

Ukraine. Griner’s marriage is illegal to another woman.

I still think the worst thing about her is that she said she was better than any C in the western division of the nba but they wouldn't let her play because she was a woman.... The nba isn't a mens league. Its a merit league. If a bear could be taught to rebound like Rodman they would find a way to get it in the league.

Lol, she really said that? Lol. She’d be lucky to get a basket

You go to other countries and break their laws, then that’s on you. I have zero desire to ever visit another country, but if I did, I know my *** wouldn’t be breaking laws
That should be the whole point period. Now, the US government should investigate to ensure that it was a legit arrest, do what they can, but if they find it was her fault...

What many don't realize is that many countries in Europe (some may still be that way) did not recognize gay marriage. It was just in recent years that Germany allowed it. I used to be a passport agent for soldiers at Ft. Sill who were being stationed overseas and could not for the longest time submit passport paperwork for those of same sex marriage for Germany and some other countries because of their laws. You would not have thought it would be that way, but it was. It was not until 2017 that was allowed in Germany. Many other countries there were also around 2010 to 2017.

Unfortunately, many Americans who hate this country do not realize just how good we really have it here.

It’s kind of like when you go on a cruise ship and visit international waters and other countries - everyone has a different set of rules to abide for better or worse

I seem to recall years ago an American teen getting caught applying graffiti in Singapore. Part of the punishment was a caning, I believe. Americans were outraged.

Caning is better than that teen spending any amount of time in a Singapore jail.

"Nonetheless, prison conditions are still inhumane and violate many international standards. Inmates spend 23 hours a day inside their cells. They must sleep on the floor; their access to media, work or recreational activities is restricted. Caning is a common sanction, imposed upon inmates who commit aggravated prison offences.

The official recidivism rate for 2012 was estimated at 27.5%. This data contrasts with many scientific studies which have proved that inhumane prison conditions reduce chances for ex-offenders to reintegrate into society. It is difficult to verify the recidivism rate, since freedom of speech is very limited in Singapore. In 2015, the country was ranked 153 out of 175 nations in the Worldwide Press Freedom Index, published by Reporters Without Borders."

OT, but I carry grudges. I sure as hell wasn’t outraged. That punk spray-painted cars (among other things), and the incident occurred about a year after my new car had also been vandalized. To this day, I would love to cane the little bastards who did it.

And don't bring drugs into their country. I had a business associate who traveled to Singapore and flew Singapore Airlines. He loved it but one announcement prior to landing got his attention.

The Captain of the plane announced "Singapore holds zero-tolerance for illegal drugs and narcotic substances" He said they would be passing a container around and if anyone had any drugs or illegal narcotics in their possession to turn them in. They would be given amnesty as if nothing happened. However if the kept them, they would be arrested and jailed." Also, the country advocates the death penalty to persons found in possession of a large quantity of illegal drugs.

He said it shook him up. He had been admiring the beauty of the Singapore Airlines flight attendants, all female model quality, and thought he was going to a place with good time rock and roll. But he soon found out you could look but you better not touch and you better keep your drugs in LA

Liberals have a hard time with law and order to begin with. Griner's situation is no different to them, despite her being in a communist country.

We all want her to return safely, and hopefully that happens soon, along with her having a different appreciation for the country that has allowed her to be very wealthy, and very free.

I mean, a bear would be a solid center. Probably would foul out in 90 seconds but might be worth a roster spot.

I can’t show no fake love. I don’t know him. But god bless his family I guess.

seriously I don’t really give ****.
Nothing wrong with showing compassion for someone that made a mistake. You don’t have to know someone to have sympathy for them.
