Fitts did a nice job coming in and keeping them down for 4 innings. Good job by Stark to get out of that jam to end the game.

but there was no excuse after getting 6 runs in the first 2 innings for our offense to not expand the lead a little. Hard to believe that Lipscomb shut us out for 7 straight innings. Still starting to think it may be a long year in the SEC if our offense doesn't wake up a little bit.

we would be contender for the SEC championship.

And Britton has to step it up defensively at SS. I would move Frazier there myself and then let Demarcus and Britton platoon at second base.

but at the end of the day, somebody will have to shuffle around to get the best hitters in the middle infield. I think Henderson needs a shot at SS.

But he wants to be the shortstop, and honestly, I think he's our best option at SS.

Demarcus had trouble throwing the ball when he played SS in the scrimmages. I think his best position is second base as well.
