Realistically I don’t see him starting next year with Ellis and Collier on the roster. Unless they plan on starting three guys who are 6’3”

Interesting. I guess this solidifys that LeBron is staying in L.A.

Was kind of hoping Brony left L.A. just see all the dumb "Don't want Brony. LeBron will be a distraction" arguments put to rest.

Even in L.A. I would still imagine LeBron attends minimal USC games.

Am I the only one who thinks of this whenever Bronny is discussed?

Because he has his own season to worry about.

I would imagine the majority of the HS games are relatively local to L.A.
If the Lakers are home then Lebron can attend.

1/2(?) of USC's games will be nowhere near L.A.
So on the occasions both USC and the Lakers are home the same week then sure Lebron will attend.
If he attending USC away games at Purdue, Wisconsin or Rutgers?

This is why the "Lebron would be a sideline distraction at Rutgers" was bogus. He'd likely attend 2 games a year - if Rutgers was home when the Lakers visited NY or Philly.

When has the dad been a headache this is hilarious people say anything

He attended a game in July in Vegas and was active on the sidelines.

So the USC staff better be prepared to deal with Lebron during all their games in July during the NBA offseason.
Going to cause a huge distraction.
Also, those nights when USC is @ Purdue and Lebron is playing in L.A.
Or when USC is home and the Lakers are on a road trip.
He'll be such a sideline presence.

Ha I should have added a meme to the end. I was being sarcastic and mimicking the prior dumb arguments.

When Rutgers was rumored to be involved with Brony, people posted articles of Lebron at a game in July as evidence that Lebron would be a "distraction".

Bronny was only second team all conference in high school this year. The guy is simply not a 5 star or one and done. Klutch pulled some strings and paid some people off.

First thought - will get to see him play here; 2nd thought - Dad isn't waiting 3 years to play with son. So maybe not.

Or maybe the USC staff will use him as a resource because he knows as much about the game as anyone, and could help get the most out of their roster.

I'm in no position to judge his ability but Rivals has him as #26 overall 4* (Gavin is #22 overall).

Are Rivals ranking not legitimate and impacted by off-court factors?

Klutch is very powerful. Wouldn’t take much for them to grease the wheels of an already dirty system. He’s a 6-2, defense first combo guard with an unreliable shot. Espn projecting him as a top 10 pick next year is nothing but PR. People I trust in twitter have him as a solid 4 star but nothing more than that.

247sports also has Bronny ranked No. 26 with 4️⃣⭐.

Is he ranked that high in part for non-basketball reasons? Maybe idk

I'm unaware of any headaches that Bronny or LeBron gave Bronny's high school or AAU coaches.

I don't expect that to change at the next level.

Seems like Lebron is trying to keep his shadow to a minimum. He once said he regretted giving him his name because of the inevitable comparisons. Doesn’t sound like the words of anything more than a proud dad and enthusiast supporter.

maybe its me but I feel like LeBron seems to be a great father and family person. He looks like he supports his kids really well without overwhelming too much given his name. Yes, he brings crowds and media to the games he attends but there is nothing he can do about that.
His kids seems like they got their **** straight and works hard.

I don’t think we’ll ever see Bronny at the RAC - I think he will be a one and done even if he’s not quite deserving. His dad wants to play with him and he’s only got a couple years left at a high level unless he pulls a Brady (he kind of already is).

USC is a good landing spot for him. He should be the 3rd guard/6th man on a good team with Ellis and Collier ahead of him.

I agree, but in fairness to him, given how much attention he's gotten (and $$$) it's remarkable he's not more screwed up.
If I'd been given millions to play basketball as a teen, I'd either be dead or massively screwed up.
I never said he was a bad person but he just lies about everything for some reason. That time he was questioned about Malcolm X was an all time video. He didn’t know a thing about him even after claiming he read is biography.
