Nice week one matchup versus Lord Botetourt, and an Oct 4 matchup with William Fleming( Head Coach Jamar Lovelace's alma mater is Brookville).

Any thoughts?

I like this schedule better with the local teams for out-of-district rather than playing Valley teams. They're playing 2 class 5 teams that should help them with points, assuming they win several games. I really like the Lord Botetourt matchup. Good improvements to their schedule imo.

I can see them being anywhere from 5-5 to 7-3. Highly likely that they lose to LB, Heritage, and Glass. After that, it wouldn't surprise me if they lost one or two against PH, JF and/or Fleming.

5-5 isn't that much of a drop. They finished the regular season 7-3 last year.

LOL well how can you say that if you don't know what they return? Brookville graduated 20+ seniors from a team that finished middle of the Seminole district. Lovelace and Co. have the guys at WF believing and they have a few good players in the 2020 and 2021 classes. Don't be surprised come Oct. 4 if WF has at least 1 more point than Brookville.

to me dropping to 5-5 for the only team in the Seminole to win at least 8 games over the past five seasons is a big drop off. I know they graduated some seniors but also return a lot of young talent off a team that under achieved without its best player for most of the season.

Just my opinion but Brookville beat PH 52-7 and PH beat Fleming last year. Every year is different so we'll see. I'm thinking 6-4. Anyway, I like the idea of playing Roanoke area teams OOD instead of Valley teams.

WF is not going to be an easy W like it has been, they'll be much improved. I see Brookville finishing at 4-6 or 5-5. I don't see them beating Glass, Heritage, JF, Lord Botetourt, or Amherst, and may drop one to either WF or LCA.

Was giving them the benefit of the doubt at 5-5. Wouldn't really be surprised to see them go 2-8 or 3-7. A lot of holes to fill.

My initial prediction would be Lord Botetourt, Heritage, and E.C. Glass

No ax to grind or hate for the Bees at all oldsport I'm hoping they prove me wrong. Losing that many seniors with the schedule they have will be difficult was all I was saying.

Going 5-5 as a Seminole District team is not the worst thing IMO. I would equate that as an 8-2 team in a lot of other districts.

Bfootball08 I am not only referring to the record pick but more of all recent comments downing the bees and more so general dislike for the current staff. Didn't know if you had something against them or if they did something to you.
