after their visit to MSU and Brunetti is no different. For all the abuse we take in the media and from rival schools concerning the Starkville stereotype, once we get them here, our campus, facilities, fans, etc., more times than not are a great closer to the deal. its my opinion, MSU is a great example of underpromise and overdeliver.
With that said, I think what helps perpetuate this initial image is something that MSU has control over, and that is the open endzone. We should have broke ground November 30th on an endzone enclosure. Jackie used to brag that our stadium seats more people endzone to endzone than any other SEC stadium outside of UT. For that reason, we do not need a huge endzone structure today, just something we can expand with skyboxes in the future. Or demolish and start over. I have always thought that Titans stadium in Nashville is a great model of what DWS could look like.
I know that this has been discussed at nauseum, but when I hear comments like that from recuits, that is what comes to mind. Agree or fire away.
