Dude has been lights out. Be interesting to see if they put him on a pitch count in the middle of a pennate run.

with the Nats. They have been winning with arguably their best hitter out the whole time in Michael Morse, one of the best young closers in MLB in Drew Storen also out and now have Ryan Zimmerman hurt. They have a lot of talent.

Just lost their 3rd 1 run game in a row though.With the banged up line-up, they are highly dependent on getting rock solid pitching every night. 5 of their 7 losses were by 1 run and in all 5 the pitching staff gave up 4 runs or less. Zimmerman and Morse are needed back in the line-up badly to keep the momentum this year. Their pitching staff is set for a good long while and theirminor league pipeline is also pretty solid.They have a chance to contend forseveral yearsif they stay healthy. With them clicking the NL East couldbecome the equivalent of the SEC Westin footballof the major leagues.

Great to see Tyler Moore from MSU now in the mix.

last week i bought some tix of stubhub for $7 for tuesday night. like 8th row down the left field line. after the harper promotion, the tix have tripled on stubhub since it'll be his home debut.
