Could someone chime in with the local (NYC-NJ and Philly) numbers if they come across them? This is information I would love to bring to the attention of my Cuse and UConn friends who swear they were the better choices just for the NYC and NJ market viewing.

Your two statements dont really have much to do with one another.

Yes - we arent that relevant nationally or even throughout the rest of BTN territory. Thats a given.

But for NYC the only number that matters is how RU did against other CFB games in its time slot. Im assuming that we won that battle (Ill assume ND/Navy got higher ratings earlier in the day being on NBC with a ranked ND) as we pretty much always do if we are playing anyone of note or on a real network.

Mets playoff game vs. LA Dodgers and the New York Rangers Home Opener.

It's no coincidence that the previous mark was last year, reflecting the benefits of having a larger B1G footprint through the additions of NJ and MD, plus a dent in the NYC market.
